Of the more than dozen ntpd I run, often one, maybe all, are reconfigured
every day.  I can do this as I have enough other untouched ntpd to
keep a stable reference.

I do it with: killall ntpd

But I would like something like SIGHUP to get ntpd to re-read the config
file and yet keep state.
