What's left to doo on NTS

So how do you configure the clients?  Do they use several servers?  Do they 
have a locally maintained ntp.conf?  Or get a list of server IP Addresses via 
DHCP?  ...

How many subnets in a site?  Assume 1 ntp server per subnet, what's wrong with 
giving each of them a certificate?
