NetBSD and FreeBSD have NANO.

Matthew Selsky suggested Solaris. Can anybody confirm that?
Anybody know of others?

Yes. But there are enough NANO ifdefs left in ntp_loopfilter to attract my
attention. The combination of new enough to have clock_gettime yet old enough
to have ntp_adjtime without STA_NANO seems unlikely.
