Should two-digit years be fatal to a refclock?

I maintain it does not much more than giving you a warm fuzzy feeling.
There may be legitimate reasons to drop these refclocks, but just the
fact they only deliver the last two digits of the year isn't one of them
(at least not as the sole reason).
