Tom added echo functionality to the LPT PPS client. (not yet in the 
kernel but we can test...)
So if we can have ublox data via USB, we can have PPS/ECHO via LPT.

Else, we have to enable some NMEA messages on the ublox and do similar 
with NMEA and PPS clocks.
