That area is about to change, so we shouldn't bang our heads against fixing 
this one.

What sort of OS/environment are you using?

The autorevision stuff extracts info from git.  Did you do the git pull on 
that system/directory?

My guess is you pulled on a different system, then rsync-ed or similar to 
another system which dropped the .git directory.  In that case, you have to 
run the autorevision.sh which will make wafhelpers/.autorevision-cache, then 
rsync it too.
