Thanks, but I already have plenty of those.  For a moment I was hoping
that the NaviSys USB stick and puck I bought earlier would be able to
send PPS over USB, but that's not the case (they are both using the
built-in USB interface that uBlox provides).  The puck does have a PPS
output that I need to break out (PPS is not officially supported in that
model so the driver circuit is missing, but that gives me a convenient
location to solder the wire to).  The stick has no convenient way to
open the case, so I'll probably leave it alone.
