All right.  I'm off to Friday night gaming, but given what Mark has said I'm
going to take this as my cue to remove the local copies when I get back. You'll
get your optimization, Daniel.

Unless Mark says a different thing while I'm gone, which I'm not
expecting.

And now I don't have to change INSTALL, since it mistakenly has
OpenSSL listed as mandatory already.
