Interesting, but a bit dated and I do not totally agree with their
definitions. Nor do many of them agree with existing NTPClassis and
NTPsec usage.

Lost me there. I defined my terms before I used tham. Maybe in the future
you prefer if I say Parameter1 and Parameter2 so not to get confused with
other random definitions of the same terms to mean different things.
