✘Debug modes

Yo All!

Currently waf has:

    --enable-debug      (ignored)
    --disable-debug     Disable debugging code
    --enable-debug-gdb  Enable GDB debugging symbols
    --enable-debug-timing Collect timing statistics for debugging.

Debug mode is the default, but not gdb (-g)

Stripping of the binaries only happens with --disable-debug

Seems to me debug off should be the default, so the options should be:

    --enable-debug      Enable debugging code
    --enable-debug-timing Collect timing statistics for debugging.

Any objections?
