I'm not saying this happens often, but this is from on one of my
RasPi's:

Local Clock Frequency Offset

Percitiles:
Min	-4.475 ppm
1%	-4.397 ppm
5%	-4.390 ppm
50%	-4.377 ppm
95%	-4.363 ppm
99%	-4.361 ppm
Max	-4.357 ppm

Ranges:
90% 	 0.027 ppm
95%	 0.036 ppm
StdDev	 0.009 ppm
Mean	-4.377 ppm

Notice the Standard Deviation: 9 ppb!
