Preparing for a point release

Well, in addition to something for 32 bit systems, we may need different 
recipes for different distros.

Fedora is different than Gentoo.  When I cut-pasted Richard's recipe on a 32 
bit system, it barfed because /usr/lib64 didn't exist.

I could be confused and such.

I'm currently trying to figure out how a just built/installed ntpq on a 
Raspberry Pi thinks it is 0.9.7  ???
