Preparing for a point release

 "accelerated" is ambiguous.  Do you mean release sooner than previously 
planned or reduced time between now/freeze and release bits being available?

I'd be happy to release now rather than January.  I'd be happier if we had a 
few more days post freeze for some extra poking around looking for troubles.
