✘ntpviz wide plots

Yo Hal!

You wanted bigger plots, now you have them.  I just added the -w option
to ntpviz.  It takes the argument of 's', 'm' or 'w', for small, medium
and wide screens.  The default should look good in a browser on a
1388x768 screen.
