New feature in pyntpq - flexible use of wide terminal emulators

We don't do new features very often (yet) so it's worth noting when one
lands.

pyntpq, the Python replacement for ntpq I've been working on, now
notices when your terminal emulator is wider than 80 characters and
allocates more horizontal space to the "remote" column in peers
spreadsheets, making it less likely that peer names will be truncated.

Please test pyntpq. Commands that require authentication are not
yet implemented, nor is mrulist. All the ordinary report generators
are in place, however.
