Uh, not so fast, on my laptop:

    /usr/include/python3.5m/Python.h
    /usr/include/python3.4m/Python.h
    /usr/include/python2.7/Python.h

Plus the /usr/local/include variants on another host compiled from source.

The waf recipe will need to be creative.
