TESTFRAME is dead. This accelerates us some.

Even without OS X, I think TESTFRAME would be worth more effort.  It would 
cover Linux, NetBSD, FreeBSD.  That would cover new OS/distro releases with 
new tool chains as well as 32 vs 64 and Intel vs ARM.
