I notice navisys.com now has a GR-801W, with uBlox 8.  72 channels with
GPS & QZSS (L1), GLONASS, BEIDOU, WAAS, EGNOS, and MSAS.

But strangely, not RTCM 3.x support, and still USB 1.1:

Unrelated to the NTPsec, but related to gpsd, eventually we'll need to
support some high update rate GPS.  The GR-801 can do 18Hz.
