9600, which is where it's always been...
The NMEA will settle out much better, it's the PPS that is really 
throwing me off.

I'll have to see if I can get one of the Windows laptops here and try 
and set the baud rate higher.  I've been completely unsuccessful trying 
to set it with Linux.
