We are very soon going to tag and release and announce version 0.9.1

Thus, we need to update the NEWS file.

Especially good are references to security issues that have cleared
embargo, and user and operator visible improvements.

Feel free to either email stuff to me, or else push a changeset with your
additions to the NEWS file.
