AFAIK, ia64 and z/Architecture are the only big endian in common use.
And I do not know anyone using those.  Also, potentially ARM, but I have
never seen an LE distro for ARM.

Been a LONG time since I powered up a 68000 or PowerPC.

When I did microcode I learned why LE is the preferred choice.  It just
codes easier.
