I didn't see where you added it.

It's probably appropriate to change the "using" to "using or abusing".

An example might be interesting.
ntpq -nc "mrulist mincount=1000 sort=avgint" | more
will print all the clients that have sent 1000 or more packets and sort by 
average time between requests.  Grossly abusive clients are on the top of the 
printout.

[that example won't work right until we fix the sort order]
