I would rather it printed the local time (with the offset).  Trying in a
build script to guess what the UTC is requires an updated (current) tzdata,
and embedded systems may not have that.

eg:
ntpd 0.9.1-8b2e680 Feb 25 2016 23:29:12 (SGT +0800)
