Working on the new test suite alongside converting the current one.  I'm far 
enough in that I'm getting a clear idea of how it should be re-organised for 
easier usage.

Along with this I've:

  * Started work on automated coverage reporting which will go on the web.
  * Setup docs.ntpsec.org (not active, today hopefully)
    - Builds HTML NTP docs
    - I will be adding the manpages eventually
  * Building gprof reports into waf for the testsuite and regular binaries.

I'm about 50-60% done the testsuite it's hard to tell since many tests are 
obsolete and several are going to have to be moved around / split up.  Hopefully 
it will be done within a week or two.
