You have what we have.  You will have to start by repairing the failed
build; we couldn't do anything different ourselves. Please read
devel/hacking.txt to learn our project practices.

The reason the Windows port is presently in bad shape is that we ripped out
over 50% of the pre-existing code to reduce attack surface.  I tried to make
the Windows port track the changes on the Unix side, but some damage
was inevitable.
