Database driven test generation that will allow for laying out singular tests in 
a safe way.  Right now it's difficult / impossible to map what as been covered 
down the function level.

I will generate a map of untested functions then create skeletons for those 
tests and add-in as necessary.  The other tests were relativity easy to 
convert these ones are annoying as it's a lot of repetitive work that can be 
avoided.
