Please change the website push hook

Amar, please change the website push hook to ose asciidoc.conf as a macro
file, as it's done in the tree.

Reason: I want to be able to scatter reference to the in-tree docs in there
without wiring in the site location more than once.

Presently the only link that uses the macro is the NTP Documentation link
on the main page.
