Thanks for the report, but you left out a lot of key information.
What is your OS?  Every git push of ntpsec is build on over a dozen
different OS, and we've never seen anythng like this.

What are the contents of your config.log?  What packages are installed in
your system?

The ISC_PLATFORM_NORETURN_POST is from a library included in ntpsec.
It looks like it is being double included in your case, or maybe you
have a conflicting system library.  Do you have any other ISC libraries
installed on your system?
