ntpq -c ifstats not showing anything

Dear All,

My environment: ntpsec-0.9.7+484 2017-04-23T14:19:03-0400 running on GNU/Linux with kernel 3.4.104

When I query "ifstats" with "ntpq" I receive an empty list:

> ntpq -c ifstats
    interface name                                        send
#  address/broadcast     drop flag ttl mc received sent failed peers   uptime
========================================================================


Doing the same on same hardware and Linux version with ntp.org enivronment it works.
