<pre class="commit-message" style="margin: 0; white-space: pre-wrap">Drop C version of ntpq in favor of the Python version.
This discards 6KLOC of grotty C code (replacing it with about 2.5KOC of
non-grotty Python) and eliminates a dependency on C line-editing libraries.
