</span>You have what we have.  You will have to start by repairing the failed<br>
build; we couldn't do anything different ourselves. Please read<br>
devel/hacking.txt to learn our project practices.<br>

The reason the Windows port is presently in bad shape is that we ripped out<br>
over 50% of the pre-existing code to reduce attack surface.  I tried to make<br>
the Windows port track the changes on the Unix side, but some damage<br>
